Our products are split into 2 categories: "One-Time removal" and "Monthly Removal". We hope this provides some flexibility for your snow removal needs. One-time removal - Upon booking, we will send a crew member to complete the service you booked within 24 hours.

Monthly Removal - Anytime it snows from the start of your booking period, we will have a crew member out within 24 hours. Valid from the 1st day of the month until the last day of the month, or the 15th day of the month until the 14th day of the next month.

For example, if you book a monthly removal service on September 20th, the package will be valid from October 1st - October 31st. However, if you book on October 5th, it will be valid from October 15th - November 14th. This gives us enough time to ensure that your needs are met to the highest quality possible!
